This was my film for the 2012 Winter Gala event hosted by the Kansas City Art Institute. The show was a collaboration between the animation and fibers departments. This film was animated in two weeks by myself and fellow classmate :iconleovanni:
The costumes were designed by fibers student Kat Kaufman who made the miniature costume for the puppet as well as two full sized costumes. A live performance by Wen and Kat featuring these costumes immediately followed the animated short.
The music for the one time live performance was the song "Jynweythek Ylow" by Aphex Twin. The official soundtrack is a fantastic original composition by fellow KCAI students Michael Nanna and Taylor Wallace.
